El servicio de agua es constante y de primera calidad, se puede beber directamente del grifo porque es bien tratada químicamente.  

Los servicios de telefonía son también económicos y funcionan con bastante estabilidad.

Lo único que pude notar es que el gobierno tiene impuestos muy elevados, y las multas son altas por fracciones menores o pequeñas. La documentación de identidad personal, tanto para ecuatorianos como para extranjeros, es muy costosa en comparación con la mayoría de los países.
