Aperson can build his/her social capital by:
getting a mentor
learning a new language
being trained in new skills
shadowing a higher-level manager

A person can build his/her social capital by the first 2 options.

If you learn a new language and get trained in new skills, it's more likely that you can perform business activities that represent a higher capital for you.

In order to help the student expand his/her knowledge I will help answer the question. This in hope that the student will get a piece of knowledge that will help him through his homework or future tests.
