Vladimir K. Zworykin was a russian inventor that first  invented a television transmitting and receiving system which utilized the usage of cathode ray tubes. His invention was a major breakthrough in television industry because it allow us to  convert an incoming electronic signal into a stream of electrons that accelerates the creation of the images.
