What is the word for an argument that is inductively strong and has all true premises?

I believe the answer is Cogent.
To be considered as cogent, an argument must be based on true premise and backed with relevant and accurate data.
On top of that, the argument must be framed in such a way that make it believable in the perspective of the listener.
