The government regulation that will impact my business are
- Minimum wage
- increase in tax

Minimum wage actually has untold negative sides. When the wage salary increases, most business are forced to increase the price of the product in order to match the increase, which resulted in less consumers.
Increase in tax cause companies to bring in less profit, and resulted in less jobs being created and less GDP produced for the nation
