Explain what technology has to say to the individual and society

It helps society and determines how people interact with each other on a daily basis. It's made learning more interactive and collaborative, this helps people better engage with the material that they are learning and have trouble with. But, as a disadvantage to tech, it distracts us. You could get stuck scrolling for hours when it feels like 10 minutes.
