3. Factors that influence on my living area and housing choices would be my neighborhood and places I’ve lived in before. Dreams are more difficult to get to compared to the real world, hence the real world everything is harder compared to just dreaming of what you can/ could've had.
4. A short-term goal would be to get a good paying job, while a long-term goal would be to save enough money to buy a house and spend money without looking at the price.
