✰Just like adults minors have opinions too ! Minors are rarely able to give out their own voice and at times it can be unfair .I believe that minors should be able to give out their own opinion and not be neglected because democracy is meant for

people to have freedom

Of speech and I believe that if adults get to voice their opinion so should minors.By letting minors voice there opinions we are building a strong rich diverse community where everyone can voice out there opinions✰

answer: a federal government has final authority on interstate/inter provincial  and international affairs, a confederation is one where the central/national government or authority is governing body what does not have final say over the same matters. hopefully this and i will try again if you don't like this answer : )
