Human resource are those resource of country that are able to work for the development and betterment of the country.

Any 3 obstacles are :-
1.Lack of job opportunities.
2.Increasing rate of corruption .
3.Youth being attracted by the foreign culture.

Solutions:-
1.Education should be provided to everyone compulsorily.
2.Importance of working for country should be involved in the curriculum.
3.Job opportunities should be created by government as well as private organizations.

The best sociological research method would have to be using experiments although it has some disadvantages as well
