yearly premium and deductible, the benefits of insurance, including peace of
mind, almost always outweigh the out-of-pocket cost of an accident or illness.
Sometimes people pay for insurance for a lifetime and never use it.

The state of Georgia mandates that all drivers have car insurance. Why would
