In the third stage of kohlberg's stages of ethical reasoning, a person is focused on meeting the expectations of his friends and coworkers and how something will affect their lives.

This is the "interpersonal relationships" stage of moral reasoning. This is the stage where the reasoning shifts from simply being that of someone who does not question authority and morality to one who starts to think in relative terms, seeing that there is more than one viewpoint that can be taken.
