The Bible is inerrant, means that it is incapable of being wrong.
We can say that the bible is inerrant as it was a set of writings passed down through generations from Christianity. However, the Bible may have been modified throughout these generations, so there is no specific way of telling that the bible is absolutely correct in its ethics, let alone that the 21st century has developed from outdated practices.
