why did nuclear arms remain a threat after the cold war?

a. israel, india and pakistan refuses to reduce their stock of nuclear weapons
b. the old soveit union refiused to sign start
c. the us had shared too much nuclear tech with now hostile countries
d. north korea had shared dangerous nuclear weapon plans with india

this is a pretty broad question and can be a pretty lengthy answer. since 1900, women have gained a lot more rights and have become active in the workforce. with women being in the workforce, men play a larger role in family life. many family tasks are shared between men and women, whereas, women used to be the sole family caretakers.

world war i had a devastating effect on german-americans and their cultural heritage. up until that point   german-americans, as a group, had been spared much of the discrimination, abuse, rejection, collective mistrust experienced by so many different racial and ethnic groups in the history of the united states. indeed, over the years, they had been viewed as a well integrated and esteemed part of american society. all of this change with the outbreak of war.
