An electoral mandate suggests public opinion is on the presidents side, which the president's level of support in congress.

It for the most part positively affects the president's level of support in Congress. An electoral mandate is an authorization allowed to a political pioneer or winning gathering by the voting demographic to oversee and follow up for their benefit. The order is pretty much as a result for whatever length of time that the legislature is in power.
