1) Public Safety - refers to the welfare and protection of the general public. It is usually expressed as a governmental responsibility. Most states have departments for public safety. The primary goal of the department is prevention and protection of the publicfrom dangers affecting safety such as crimes or disasters.
2) Education - Education curriculum enables students to participate more effectively in policy processes and prepares our graduates for a wide variety of positions in institutions of postsecondary education, policy positions at the local, state, national, and international level, and/or positions 
3) Infrastructure - the basic physical and organizational structures and facilities (e.g., buildings, roads, and power supplies) needed for the operation of a society or enterprise.
