Can someone translate this to human please. How do you think the similarities and differences between the different countries' material cultures would impact their perspectives on world events?

I think there asking how would something like the way people are supposed to act or the way people live in other countries effect the way that they see the world. For example in North Korea things are very restricted and there aren’t many basic right this would effect the things that they are available to do, or the way they see things. Sorry if this didn’t help.
