From a law and policy perspective, what needs to be done in order to effectively address racism in the United States? Need help with this

i feel like the the governor or president should address something about racism because it really isn't the job of the citizens but i'm glad that the citizens do address it and i would probably address it when im older but its sad that they really don't address it and it's probably because they don't want to do with it and they will someday i have no idea if this was the answer you were looking for or even if this is an answer but i thought i would just say what i thought i don't even think this is what you asked for but anyways .-.

the factors that the economies of the muslim empires prosper were:

1- land trade routes-located between three continents  

2- sea trade routes

trade contributed to the spread of muslim empires, and with that islamic culture led to a growing feeling of internationalism resulted in the transfer of technology, science, and other cultural forms.
