Explain how you would deal with the change you may encounter as a student​

As a student, you are going to have to be around a lot of people and things that you may not want to be around. You have to listen to the professor, and learn the art of discipline in order to succeed in your studies. For some people, this concept is completely foreign.

As an employee, you are going to have to learn how to deal with somebody that is in a higher position than you. That is a real wake up call for a lot of people because they have no idea how to follow directions. Nobody really likes people telling them what to do, especially in this generation. It is a real culture shock for most people.
