Buffy, a bus driver for a local bus company asked Elmo, a passenger who was slightly intoxicated, to please get off the bus because he was making a general nuisance of himself and annoying the other passengers. Elmo refused. Buffy and Elmo exchanged words and tempers flared. Finally, Buffy pushed Elmo off the bus. With that, Elmo referred to Buffy's ancestors with some unkindly remarks.
