The difference between democracy and communism is that democracy is when the democratics have to follow a system that's apart of capitalism. Along with that follows democracy is about capitalism and individuals that can have control of their own property. But with communism that has the state controls all the property and all of the economic growth.

Democracy is where people rule the government and get to vote for their politics. They decide what to do with there nation. Kinda like what America did during the cold war.

Communism is where the government controls everything and there is nothing you can do to stop it. They can tell you what to do or what to say. They can even tell you what to wear. It's kinda like a parent, except you can't talk back.
