100 POINTS Project: Exploratory Routes
In this unit, you've read about the European exploratory voyages to the East and the colonization of the New World.
To this day South America and Mexico still have influences from the explorers that landed on their shores in the late 1400s and early 1500s. America is heavily influenced by the people who were seeking religious freedom and settled on the east coast of the U. S. How do you think life would be different if Spain had settled America first? Or, what if France and Britain had colonized Mexico and South America instead of Spain?
