ARGUMENT You are the leader of a band of hunter-gatherers. You have seen other bands settle in river valleys and begin to farm. Write a speech to persuade your own band to settle and begin farming.

It is time to farm. Farming leads to stability. Surplus food for consuming but also to sell and earn money. Farming isn’t risky and food will be planted and grown. Settling along with other groups that you can trade with will make everyone’s life easier.
