How can societies encourage employment for young people?

societies can encourage employment for young people by advertising something that they may be interested in. they can make it seem like it will help the environment, too. since most “young people” today (including me lol) are all about their phones, they could possibly “keep up with the trend” and make videos that seem fun to post on different social medias. this could draw attraction to the place of work for younger people. some of it could also be the money situation, but then again you really have to follow what your boss says, and sometimes the boss of the restaurant cannot make that decision as their higher boss may have the only say in that.
