Explanation:

  I think it is fair that each President should step down after two terms, because I think that each person who wants to run as President should at least get get a chance. I think it would be kind of boring having the same President every year with the same laws and rules. I like that we get ( most of the time) a new elected President each year, with their own way of doing things.
