The North had an overwhelming advantage over the south in almost every aspect

Explanation:

The north unlike the south was an industrial powerhouse and was able to produce many more things. They also had an overwhelming amount of soldiers, unlike the south. However, one thing the south had over the north was a good commander able to lead a small army. Based on the land the south also had an advantage since they were mostly fighting in the south which allowed the south to have a better understanding of the land. One last thing was that the north had a stable government, unlike the south which allowed them to have more organization.
