For China that means, that the battle of Talas in 751 AD never occured, where Gao Xianzhi, a General from Korean Goguryeo and commander of the Chinese troops is claimed the loss of the battle at river Talas in Transoxania against the Muslim troops of the Abbasides. Remember that the Abbasides had just chasen away the Umayyads from Bagdad after a year long battle. How could they be able to celebrate such a big victory only one year later and 2000 miles away from Bagdad? Has anybody detected the battle ground of Talas?

This golden age was claimed by Buddhist monk Il-yeon in his history book Samguk Yusa that he wrote in the 13. century, only to “prove” that so much territory and gold was “donated” to the Korean monasteries. Has anybody seen a archaeological artifact that may be related to the period of “Tongil Shilla”?

For Spain that means, that the “Reconquista” between Christian and Muslim troops could not have lasted for a stunning 770 years (622 AD - 1492 AD). Compared to this battle period, the “100 years war” in France (1337 - 1452) and the “30 years war” in Germany (1618 - 1648) must have been.
