HOW DID THE POPULATION LIVE DURING CAROLINGIAN DYNASTY?

It depends on which social layer we are discussing about. In my opinion during the Carolingians the situation in the Frankish Kingdom was much better than in the period of the Merovingian dynasty. The country expanded, art was at least partially revived and country grew in prosper. Laws were brought according to whom even the peasants gained more rights in the country and the landowners could not treat them bad.
