This is nit easy because there is almost millions of social problems that nobody even bothers to pay attention to for example:

Anti social behavior, Poverty, Drug abuse, Prostitution, Racial discrimination, Alcohol abuse, Economic Deprivation, Political Corruption and more. This is not an easy work we as people only think of our own problems and stay in our bubble, never worrying for others.
