What to do if you want to seek your parents' advice but they are always busy at work?

im not gonna be the one who says "just talk to them they will understand stuff"

ive dealt with busy parents and it kinda just ruins ur self esteem only way ive gotten them to notice me was when i created a big dramatic scene .

i know its not the peaceful way .

one more thing that could work is if u get a friend to help u , they could email ur parents telling them how u feel alone and stuff . they will atleast know how u feel and take some sort of action .

then just talk to them , seek advice etc.

maybe avoid the dramatic scene stuff tho..
