All jobs are equally important.

Talk about how even the smaller jobs make huge effects. What would we do without grocery baggers? Without gas station attendants? Waitresses, janators, etc. Explain that without them, the owner of the business wouldn’t be able to run it, and without the owner the others wouldn’t know what to do. It’s an equal trade between the workers and the bosses, so no matter what job you have it’s important and serves a function.
