When used properly, electricity is useful and essential; however, leaving them behind can cause havoc and can be harmful.

Explanation:

Electricity is a good servant if you use it cleverly and carefully, because it give you millions of millions of services. But if you are careless and negligient, it will rule over you and may cause many disasters. Hence it is a bad master when dominating over you. Similar to a computer being the greatest chess player of all time or being the fastest and brightest mathematician when we let it use its power, but left alone a computer cannot do anything because it has no power on its own.
