A free elections is the one that is transparent and in which different organisations that represent different citizens of that country all have a fair and equitable opportunity to compete in the elections .

In China there I no such they use National People's Congress or hirachy system to either choose or remove the president but this isn't a reflection or representations of everyone in China and the people in that hierarchy may not share the same values as the rest of China
