Local Self Government

(I will try and break down each word, in order to make a definition!)

Local: Meaning provincial, community, city, district, etc.

Self: Directing towards own

Government: Administration/Management of a nation, state, or community.

Putting this together:

Local Self Government means an influential bodies endowed with power/responsibility to override other's decisions without their own decisions being controlled by other higher ups (higher ranked authority)
