Consider bad habits you might be interested in changing, such as biting your nails, procrastinating, not exercising, etc. Also consider good habits you would like to form such as starting a healthy lifestyle, healthy study habits, etc. Explain how you would like the behavior to change, list examples. Describe the strategy you will use to change the behavior. Note how long you think it will take you to change the behavior and how long that change will last.
