What do you believe is the most important news story lately (from the start of school till present)?

I believe the most important new story from the start of school until now is the coronavirus numbers update because, staying up-to-date on the virus is important to me. I prefer to stay ahead of things like this so the news stories providing updated information each week are extremely important in my opinion.
