Briefly describe two of the main benefits of volunteering in a political campaign.

1. You get to know better the candidate. Maybe you are interested in one of the candidates of a specific campaign. By volunteering for their team, you will be able to get to know how that candidate more easily by watching his works day to day, what do their team believes in and for who they work for, and even get to know more personally the candidate.

2. You get to establish contacts. Networking is an essential part of any professional career, and in politics it is the main point in which people grow within their jobs. By volunteering for a candidate, you will get to meet, learn new people, and impress many people through your work, some of them with high positions within the government, you get a chance to motivate juniors too, and that if you would not volunteer then you most probably would not be able to reach their so easily.
