Explanation: Some of my suggestions is to do something simple that you love. As for me, I listen to music and vent/reflect down my thoughts by a journal. Everyone may have their own methods to calm their soul, so you if these activities do not work out for you, don't worry. Oh... That's awful. I'm sure you're really down about it, but I know for a fact that as time passes, you will move on. Which sounds terrible if you think about it, but that's just how life works.
