parental controls limit the time children have to be creative(1) and they can restrict which parent can do what to each device if only one of them knows the password(2)

the air horn is an invention that is very loud and annoying(1) and there is no real use for it(2)

Explanation:

1) in my opinion parents can go above and beyond with parental controls yes its good to protect your kids but let them have freedom if they feel they shouldn't see or read that then they wont also i think you should teach your kids to not look at bad things so you don't have to go the extra mile with setting them up

2) smart boards just cause they always seem to break and then they aren't that smart and they cost a lot of money to fix that could go to better school lunches
