Buddha was born with the name Siddhartha Gautama.Siddhartha was hidden from all the cruelty outside the palaceHe discovered an old person, a sick person, and a corpse.He saw the sorrows of the old and sick people.Meditation is a practice when you use a technique, such as mindfulness.
