In one study of almost 4,000 pairs of twins in Finland, it was found that genetic factors accounted for about 20 percent of female twins' homosexual behavior. In the same study, genetic factors accounted for about 40 percent of male twins' homosexual behavior. Based on these results, we know that may account for female homosexual orientation than male homosexual orientation.
