Your boss says:"You have to stop wearing dirty jeans and dress more neatly!". You say that they are the only jeans you have. He says: "The customers see you when you come to the front of the restaurant, so you have to wear clean clothes.". You say no way, it doesn't matter, you won't do it, he's just picking on you because he doesn't like you. He says : "That's right, I don't like you, because you wear dirty clothes. You are fired." Is this illegal discriminatiion?"
