For example ,the individual is aware of the presence of mosquito in the environment where he/she sleeps at night and he didn't take the necessary prevention such as using a mosquito net or anti mosquito agents to prevent the bites from mosquito, and thereby leading to malaria, the individual here is to blame because he knows the danger at stake and didn't take the necessary precautions to prevent malaria.
