Extracurricular activities ensure individuals having drug abuse problem to loose focus on drugs and start focusing on the health side because instead of them thinking about drugs these activities like Arts, athletics,clubs,employment and personal commitments provide rehabilitation on their minds,setting off their minds from drugs allowing them to think about more positive commitments than the use of drugs.
