The reason a lot of people during the first World War wouldn't talk plenty about India as well as its economic situation although many believe that India wasn't connected to it, that was quite the reverse.  In the second WW had several serious consequences, after it had restricted India's tax policies inside Britain's Confederation, and terminated India's communication with Europe.
