In what ways were you expected to show respect for your parents?

What were your greatest sources of stress?
Who had a stronger influence on you, your peer group or family? Why do you think that was so?
What were the symbols of wealth? How important was it to be wealthy?
What percent of your time was spent with your peers?
What did you do for fun? How did you spend your free time?
What were the different roles for sons and daughters?
What made someone an adult? At what age were you expected to be independent?
