The following are the answers to the questions related to the three cartoons given: The overall message that the three cartoons are trying to convey is that in the attempts to reduce the bureaucracy, it is unknowingly expanding and growing bigger and the core principle of the action seems to be failing. The part of the cartoons that led to the above answer was the one that depicts exaggeration of the machinery employed to reduce bureaucracy which is common in all three cartoons. The cartoons are definitely sending a critical message about the bureaucracy as it is clearly expanding, not reducing.
