2. Piracy: this is the illegal copying of software. this is a very disturbing practice to software developers as it narrows thier profit margin. it is estimated that 50% of programs on PC are pirated.

3. Hacking: the process of gaining unwarranted access to another person's computer, is rife and it has caused many problems- financial, psychological and even death.

The above and many others are some of the dilemmas one may encounter as an information professional.
