Neglectful parents also called parents who do not involved with children. These parents are not responsive towards the need of a child. These types of parents have not many demands from their children. These parents are often neglectful towards their children. But we can say that these parents have a little bit of emotional involvement with their children.  

Thus the parents who are not involved with their children in their needs and other basic forms of the characteristics of children are called neglectful parents.
