4) in april 2018, trump signed fosta-sesta into law. the bill is commonly known as the "stop enabling sex traffickers act," and it seeks to shut down any venue (including websites) that might be considered enabling trafficking efforts. while there was bipartisan political support for the bill, many people involved in sex work critique the ways it backfires on sex workers. how does it do this, and why were sex workers not consulted on this bill?

5) why do people have a tendency to collapse sex trafficking with sex work, and what is problematic about that?
