Explanation:

This model is structured in 5 levels which imply:

1) Respecting the rights and feelings of others;

2) Participation and effort;

3) Self-direction;

4) Caring about and helping others;

5) Outside the gym

It's purpose is to teach students that it is important for them to be responsible for their personal and social development inside and outside the school and empowering better conducts in many vital areas; such as Organization, Communication,  Instruction, Motivation and Human Relations.
